Recurring Activities
Zumba Gold:
Low Cost workouts that combine music and Latin inspired dance moves. Held at Concord Trinity UMC gym on Tuesday at 11:30 am and Friday at 10:30 am. Cost $3.00 per class.
Exercise Classes:
Free chair exercises are held every Monday at Concord Trinity UMC from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, and every Thursday at Concord Trinity UMC from 9:30 to 10:30 am.
Lunch and Learns:
These monthly events combine a tasty lunch with information every older adult should know. Held every second Thursday of the month at St. Thomas/Holy Spirit at 10:45 am.
Monthly Matinees:
Held at St. Thomas/Holy Spirit Lutheran, the fourth Wednesday of the month. Beverages and popcorn served in cool comfort. The movie starts at 1:00 pm. Please keep posted for what will be playing. Cost is free.
Bingo:
Held every last Thursday of the month from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon at Advent Episcopal. Bring your favorite BINGO tchotchke…BINGO, snacks and PRIZES1111 Free will offering accepted.

Volunteers Needed
Volunteers of all ages are needed to support this Senior Ministry. Training and insurance are provided.
- Volunteers to drive seniors to doctor’s appointments
- Handy persons to help with minor home repair
- Youth willing to help with seasonal yard work
- Volunteers wishing to help with light housekeeping, especially laundry when the equipment is inaccessible for seniors
- Cooks who would like to help with the meal for Lunch and Learn
